Cancellation and Refund Policy
I. Membership Cards
  • Cancellation requests should be forwarded to the Guest Relations Department with the accurate membership details as well as the reason for cancellation. Our Team is available from Saturdays thru Thursdays, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, at the following contact details:

  • Cancellation requests will be reviewed and we will inform you of the status of your request within 07 days.
  • Cancellation of your membership card requires the delivery of your membership card in its original packaging and corresponding collateral material (discount vouchers, service booklet, etc.) to our Head Office with all incurred delivery charges to be paid for from your side.
  • Cancellation charges vary depending on your membership package. The charges are as follows (may change without prior notice): Crystal – AED 150.00, Ruby – AED 150.00, Diamond – AED 150.00.
  • After a final confirmation of the cancellation request, your membership will be duly nullified. Voided memberships are irrevocable; in case you wish to revoke the cancellation, it will be considered a new membership application.
  • Refund process will start within 07 days of the cancellation in the same mode of payment used during the application. Purchases made using credit card will only be credited to the same card and usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your bank’s refund policies.

II. Flight, Hotel, Package Reservations
  • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your booking, please do so at the earliest possible time as many reservations have strict cancellation and refund policies, and in some cases are non-refundable. Please refer to your voucher’s Cancellation Policy. In case you do not have a copy of your voucher, please feel free to contact our Reservations Team and have them discuss in detail your booking’s cancellation policies. If you do not cancel in advance you may also incur a “no-show” fee in addition to any other supplier fees charged.
